If you are using Firefox browser, then grab the YouTube 2 Mp3 add-on. It will add a link to YouTube sidebar from where you can download the music directly.
Just click the link in the information box & a new windows will appear asking where do you want to save the audio file.

As for me, text or annotations in video (YouTube) is annoying as hell. Most of the people use it for crappy marketing purpose.
This is how you can disable or turn off all the annotations in any video you watch. First, you need to have an account with YouTube.
- Log into YouTube. Click on your Account link in the upper right hand corner.
- Click the Playback Setup tab in the left hand column
- Click Annotations and uncheck Show annotations checkbox. Click Save Changes button.
After that, you can enjoy your video without any interuption. You can always reset the settings as default anytime you want. Enjoice!
